Accidents, Incidents and Safety Reporting

ETQ Reliance’s Accidents and Safety Reporting application, a key component of our EHS software suite, provides a central location where all incidents and accidents are recorded, investigations are initiated and managed and mitigation actions are specified to reduce the chance of recurrence.

The app uses built-in templates for regulatory compliance forms such as OSHA 300, 301, 300A and more. The tool initiates incident reporting by recording incident details, including witness statements and external resources involved.
