BURLINGTON, Mass. — December 3, 2019: ETQ, the leading provider of quality management solutions, today announced ETQ Quality Vision 2020, a customer conference that will explore how ETQ’s solutions can be applied to optimize the business value of quality. Building on the success of the company’s October 2019 user conference in Dallas, the event – taking place March 2-6 in Miami – will feature keynotes, customer presentations, roundtables, training sessions and networking opportunities to showcase what’s possible through an advanced approach to quality management.
“We promised that we would be hosting two great conferences within six months, and there is a tangible sense of excitement about bringing the ETQ team and our customers together again in Miami,” said Nina McIntyre, CMO, ETQ. “Our fall event in Dallas was a tremendous success, and a precursor to what we believe is a more extensive and immersive customer experience for those attending Quality Vision 2020.”
The event will kick off with the debut of the ETQ Quality Leadership Forum on March 2. This half day event will host conversations and presentations on topics ranging from how to create a culture of quality, quality management best practices and quality analytics. March 3 and 4 will focus on product strategy sessions, including keynotes delivered by ETQ CEO Rob Gremley and CTO Morgan Palmer, as well as McIntyre. The conference will conclude with ETQ Passport Training on March 5 and 6, during which time attendees can learn more about how they can harness the power of ETQ Reliance. Courses will offer in-depth guidance for five different classes or knowledge levels: Administration, Designer, ETQScript, Advanced/Expert and Mobile Designer. In addition to offering numerous strategy, product and training sessions, Quality Vision 2020 will also unveil the winners of the ETQ Innovation Excellence Award program. These awards recognize customers who have not only implemented ETQ Reliance, but also achieved excellent and innovative results that have had a significant impact on the business.
